ASRM 2021 COVID-19 Safety Protocol

During the COVID-19 pandemic, ASRM recognizes that the opportunity and comfort level to attend ASRM 2021 will vary from person to person. We are pleased to offer both in-person and on-demand options in order to allow everyone to choose their preferred way to participate.

For the health and safety of attendees, ASRM will be utilizing the CLEAR Health Pass app to confirm vaccinations. We recognize some attendees will have exceptions which will hinder them from utilizing Health Pass (i.e. foreign vaccine card, technical glitches, etc.). ASRM will handle any exceptions on a case-by-case basis in order to ensure every session is as safe as possible for all those in attendance. Please email if you have any questions.

With regards to mask requirements, we will operate according to CDC guidelines and local health department regulations in effect at the time of the meeting.  Proof of vaccination protocols will be sent to attendees prior to the Congress.

Attendees should also:
  • Socially distance when possible;
  • Stay home if sick or exposed to COVID-19; and
  • Consult with a healthcare provider about attending if you have underlying health conditions or a weakened immune system.
In addition to following local masking and social distance ordinances, ASRM will continue to closely monitor news and guidance on the COVID-19 virus and increase health and safety precautions if deemed necessary.
